These Terms govern your use of the AI Covered website and services. AI Covered is a company of Hollis Global Enterprises LLC, an Indiana limited liability company. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
AI Covered designs, builds, deploys, and maintains custom AI chat and voice agents for businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for your engagement are set out in the proposal or service agreement you receive and approve. Those documents control if they conflict with anything here.
Fees and billing
- Setup fees are billed at the start of the engagement and are earned as work is performed.
- Monthly service fees recur until cancelled and cover hosting, maintenance, monitoring, and support.
- You may cancel monthly service at any time with written notice before your next billing date. Fees already billed are non-refundable.
- Third-party costs you incur directly — such as CRM subscriptions, phone numbers, or AI usage billed to your own accounts — are your responsibility.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your business so your AI agent can be trained correctly.
- Review and approve your agent's responses before it goes live. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you supply.
- Obtain any consents required to contact your own customers, including express written consent for text messaging, and comply with applicable communications laws.
- Use the services lawfully and not for spam, harassment, deception, or any prohibited content.
AI limitations
AI agents can make mistakes. They generate responses from the information provided during training and may occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete answers. AI Covered does not guarantee that any AI agent will be error-free, and AI agents do not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for monitoring your agent and reporting issues so we can correct them.
Ownership
You own the business content and information you provide. AI Covered retains ownership of its underlying platform, tooling, prompt architecture, and methodology. You receive a license to use the agent we build for you for as long as your service is active.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's non-public business information and use it only to perform under these Terms.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, conversions, revenue, or business outcome. Examples and figures shown on this site are illustrative.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Covered's total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice. On termination, we will deactivate the agent and, on request, provide a reasonable export of your captured lead data.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute lies in Tippecanoe County, Indiana.
